Bring your partner, your spouse, a relative, or a friend to class.
We will begin by working individually to warm up our own bodies through gentle yoga stretches in preparation for the deeper
movements of working together. Then we will work together to explore what it means to come into a balanced posture,
both from within one's self and then in connection with another. We will also learn how to open more deeply into
a variety of postures with the gentle support of another person. Please wear comfortable clothing and try not to eat
2 hours before the class.
