Follow-up care is an important part of living a healthy life after cancer treatment. The goals of this session are
to share our experiences as cancer survivors with follow up care and to learn how to be our own best health care advocate. The
sessions include an award winning video about follow up care and managing the late effects of cancer treatment, a guided
discussion and recommended action steps that you can take to make sure you get the follow up care you need. Workshop led by Maureen Flynn,
