Mindfulness practice helps increase awareness of mind-body experiences in the present and develop non-judgmental acceptance. Acquire hands-on experience by practicing informal and formal mindfulness meditations and learn how this practice can be helpful for improving self-understanding in the face of cancer. Led by psychology intern, Mark Kinchla, who has over 10 years of experience with mindfulness practice.
