Nia
is a joyful, sensory, self-healing practice of expressive movement to inspiring music that integrates the mind, body, spirit,
and emotions. In this workshop you will learn Nia techniques that awaken, move and cool the body, and promote
relaxation. Nia is suitable for every body and can be done sitting down or standing. Please wear comfortable clothing. Shoes
are optional. Workshop led by certified Nia (black belt) instructor and psychologist, Suzanne Cohen, Ed.D and CGP.
